The Wusthof Classic Ikon 7 inch Hollow Edge Nakiri was selected for Finalist honors at the 2017 Housewares Design Awards! The 7 inch Nakiri joins the Classic Ikon collection, bringing a thinner, Asian-style blade with a 10° cutting edge. The Nakiri is an extremely versatile Japanese-style knife to be used for chopping and slicing food prep tasks. The hollow edge reduces drag and friction to help food fall away rather than stick to the blade. This is another welcome addition to the Wusthof Classic Ikon family.
