These Global knives are also resistant to rust and corrosion because the entire knife is made from Global's special CROMOVA 18 stainless steel. They have an ice hardened, convex edge so they hold a sharp edge for a long time, and the knives perfect weight is achieved through the hollow handle that is filled with sand for ideal balance.
