Fitted with a ceramic grinder, it's strong enough to crack peppercorns, yet corrosion-resistant for grinding salt. The grind is adjustable with a turn of the knob: clockwise for a finer grind and counterclockwise for a coarser grind. The letters "S" and "P" are visible on the knob of each mill.
