This amazing two-sided grater, the Dreamfarm Ograte - Medium, allows you to continuously grate in a circular motion on one side and an up and down motion on the other. Your grating speed is doubled as you grate in both your up and down motions, with an extra wide plane for large foods.. When using the bottom side you grate in a continuous circular motion. The bottom side includes a guide rim so that you may easily grate in either direction. A snap-on safety cover protects both sides of the razor sharp blades for no-worries drawer storage. A non-slip foot gives control when grating on a flat surface, works as a scraper, and also hooks on to the edge of a bowl.
