Shun Sora Knives

Made in Japan, the Shun Sora cutlery line features the same handcrafted quality featured in their Classic, Premier, and Reserve cutlery lines at a lower price. These Shun Sora knives are made with a super-sharp VG10 "super steel" edge and a stainless steel body that are braze welded together, giving the blade a distinctive wavy appearance. The edge is clad on each side with an extra layer of stainless steel for an attractive look and extra protection from damage. Shun Sora knives also feature a comfortable and balanced polymer handle and come with a 10-year limited warranty.
