Marcato’s original, world-famous Atlas 150 Pasta Machine rolls and cuts your homemade pasta dough for traditional lasagna, fettuccine, and tagliolini. It will roll sheets of dough (up to 150 mm. wide) at 10 thicknesses (0.6 to 4.8 mm.). The imperceptibly rough surface of the rollers gives you that traditional porous pasta which readily absorbs sauce. The hand crank is easy to grip and the adjustment knob shows the 10 possible thicknesses clearly. Atlas 150 is stable and sturdy with an easy-to-fix clamp and rubber screwed feet. Atlas surfaces may be easily cleaned with a cloth - it is not dishwasher safe. But maintenance is simply with removable polymeric resin combs.
