Gozney has created a restaurant–grade portable pizza oven for your backyard which is easy to use and delivers unrivaled cooking results.  The Gozney RoccBox is portable and sets up in minutes with retractable legs, detachable burner and built-in thermometer which tells you when it’s ready for cooking. This gas burner (LPG powered) is engineered to replicate a true wood flame, but if you desire the authentic wood-fired pizza taste and experience, a Wood Burner 2.0 detachable wood burner may be purchased as a separate accessory.  While it has the ability to reach interior temperatures up to 950°F, it is family friendly with a safe-touch silicone jacket.  With this incredible temperature, you can cook a Neapolitan pizza in 60 seconds.  You can also cook steaks, vegetables, chicken wings and much more in this oven.  

Included in the box is everything you need to get started: the portable stone floored pizza oven, detachable propane gas burner,  professional grade pizza peel, bottle opener and manual.  Engineered to replicate the performance of Gozney’s professional pizza ovens, it is built to last and has a 5 year warranty.  Exterior dimensions are 16.3” x 21” x 18.6”.  The oven mouth is 3 ½” tall and 11.8” wide.
