You may use a pizza cutter or knife to cut directly on the scratch resistant pan without damage or easily slide a pizza or bread directly onto a cutting board. The glazed surface is easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Emile Henry ceramics are able to withstand wide variations in temperature and may be taken from the freezer to the hot over (500°F).
