First, sharpen your knife with the CINQ Rolling Knife Sharpener to your highest grit, then drag your knife’s edge along the entire length of the strop, beginning at the heel of the blade and ending at the tip. Use light pressure, gradually decreasing pressure with each stroke. Then flip the knife over and repeat the process on the other side. Alternate sides with each stroke for even polishing, repeating 5-10 times on each side of the blade.
