Fitted with a high quality, multi-purpose 8.5" stainless steel blade, one can slice from deli-thin to approximately 1" thick. It's an "Easy-Clean" design in which the blade, blade cover, food carriage, food pusher, food deflector and thickness guide plate all remove easily for cleaning.
