Cangshan’s Helena series knives are elegant and minimalist with sleek, smooth lines. Each blade is forged from high-alloy German X50CrMoV15 steel and is heat treated through Cangshan’s proprietary ULTRA6 heat treatment that adds strength and durability and a score of 58+/-2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale. They are sharpened to a precise 16° angle.
