Cangshan’s Helena series knives are elegant and minimalist with sleek, smooth lines. The slim, semi-bolster balances the knife’s full tang and two steel rivets fasten the ergonomic, black handle to the blade for a secure, comfortable grip. The Helena series blades are forged from high-alloy German X50CrMoV15 steel and are heat treated for a razor-sharp edge with exceptional durability and edge retention. The blades go through Cangshan’s proprietary ULTRA6 heat treatment that adds strength and durability and a score of 58+/-2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale. They are sharpened to a precise 16° angle.
