Don't trust your poultry or roast to just any pan. The All-Clad Stainless small roasting pan with rack is pure stainless steel. The nonstick roasting rack securely holds a whole chicken or roast, allowing natural juices to flow into the pan. The rack is also a great place to "rest" meats. The 18/10 stainless interior won't react with vegetables and drippings roasting in the bottom of the pan, so they retain their natural flavors.

  • Cleaning:
  • We recommend allowing cookware to cool prior to washing to prevent warping.
  • Steel wool, scouring pads and bleach-based cleaners not recommended.
  • Cooking Tips:
  • Add salt after water has started to boil, otherwise small white dots or pits can form.
  • This quality metal is not reactive to acids or alkalies, so foods don't pick up metallic tastes.
