OXO's full line of Non-Stick Pro metal bakeware is manufactured with a two-layer, ceramic-reinforced, commercial-grade coating that provides a non-stick release. The Half Sheet Pan is perfect for large batches, a true workhorse as you bake cookies, make sheet cakes or roast vegetables. The square-rolled edges add reinforcement for structure, strength and durability. The bakeware features a micro-textured pattern, made just for OXO bakeware, that will ensure even baking. OXO does not recommend using its bakeware when cooking with temperatures over 450ºF or under a broiler.
