This hand-held sharpener is a delight to use. Gone is the worry over the correct angle for sharpening. This sharpener uses ceramic wheels in water to sharpen your knives. This sharpener has 3 Ceramic wheels, 1 coarse wheel, 1 medium wheel and one super-fine wheel. To sharpen a knife you simply place your knife in the channel of the coarse stone and run it back and forth from heel to tip, back and forth about 7 times, then progress to the medium stone and finally the super fine stone. When you are finished your knife will be restored to its razor sharp state.
