The Blue Ravioli Tablet joins the color-coordinated line of Marcato pasta making equipment. The heavy anodized aluminum base is slide-free with rubber feet, so it makes filling, rolling and cutting your ravioli an easy task. After you have made your strip of dough with the Atlas 150 Pasta Machine, just lay it over the base. Fill the 10 spaces, cover with the plastic top and roll the included pin over the surface. You've just made 10 stuffed 2" square ravioli with fluted edges in minutes.
